My 5 Dream Properties In My Dream Cities

Posted on Aug 29 2015 - 1:06pm by tweenselmom

When it comes to owning a home, I choose to dream big. After all, dreaming is free. But I don’t say that we plan to let our dream house be only a dream forever. Apart from praying a lot, we are working very hard to save to be able to buy a piece of land or a property that we can finally call ours. The house will not only be a home of love but it will also be a legacy for my daughters. We feel that we owe it to them to have a place where they can always come to even when they have their own families in the future. As parents, you always wish that your kids will be able to choose their partners wisely. But sometimes, mistakes happen. If we have our own home, we can let our daughters have a spot at home where they can think and stay with us.

Recently, I found out about a beautiful property site where you can easily find properties in different cities around the country.

Property24.com.ph is the fastest growing property portal in the Philippines.  They provide an effective online platform for leading Real Estate Developers, Agencies and Brokers that allows them to showcase their property listings to a wider audience of qualified prospective Buyers.

The listings are organized into categories so it was quick for me to find properties which fit my preferences for our dream home. You can search for properties which are for sale, for rent, those which are still being developed and properties which were foreclosed. Each listing has property details and contact details of the owner or the listing agent.

Here I am sharing the list of 5 properties I found located on the cities of my choice. I wish that soon, we will be able to buy properties as spacious and as beautiful as these. Who knows, we may be able to buy these exact properties listed at Property24.com.ph, right? God works in His own mysterious ways and we always have faith in Him that he will grant us our wishes according to His plans.

1. Tagaytay – View this property here.

Who wouldn’t dream a house in Tagaytay? The whole year cool breeze is enough to make me wish to have a getaway house there. We also dream of retiring someday in a relaxed town like Tagaytay, where the breathtaking view of Taal Lake will just be minutes away. This property I chose will just be perfect for the four of us. There’s a big space in front of the house and a terrace which may be overlooking the city. A dream house indeed!

2.  Baguio – View this property here.

We love going to Baguio and my kids were there several times already. The kids specially miss going there, not only because of the weather, but we really feel that time stops when you are in Baguio. There are plenty of fruits and vegetables in Baguio, the air is clean, and though frequent landslides made us feel afraid of going up there, Baguio will still be the unbeatable summer capital of the Philippines. I chose an 8 bedroom property because I want to be able to accept guests from the city. It will be nice to share a vacation house with other close relatives and family friends.

 3. Makati. View this property here.

I chose this property because we want to have a place in Makati where most business transactions takes place. If we have our own home in Makati, it will be easy to get to every blogging events, go shopping and restaurant hopping. Makati is one of the most exciting cities in the country.

4. Cebu. View the property here.

We’ve never been to Cebu but we have heard lots of good things about this city. They say Cebu is next to Manila when it comes to progress and that it’s much cheaper to live there. We also have several good friends who were from Cebu and it will be amazing to live nearby with these people if ever we will have the chance to own a house there.

 5. Boracay. View this property here.

I’ve got one quick answer why I wish to have a property here, we love the beach! And one day, when we have the opportunity to buy one, we will definitely get a beautiful home in Boracay. One like the one I chose below. I love the high ceiling and the staircase and it seems that there are lots of spots which I can design and put our photo frames.
