Bond With Your Kids Musically In RedBox

Posted on Mar 10 2016 - 12:25pm by tweenselmom

If there’s one thing the four of us in our family enjoys a lot doing together, it’s singing. I know I can carry a tune or two but my kids are better singers than I am and my husband knows how to play several musical instruments. It’s one blessing that I am very thankful of, the gift of music.

But music is free, and so whether you have good voice or not (and whether you admit it or not), your family can have fun and sing your heart out in a place where you can choose your music, eat good food, and just relax. That’s in RedBox.

2 hours in RedBox Trinoma costed us P980.00 but it was well worth it. Why?

1. They have a large collection of new and old music. Of course, since this trip was some sort of a gift for our daughter who passed her exams, an hour was spent with them singing One Direction songs. As we are the number one fan of our daughters, I became contented watching the MTVs and listening to the kids singing.

RedBox – Trinoma – sing as much oldies as you like (singing here Apo Hiking Society songs)

2. We have the whole room for ourselves. It’s fully soundproofed and we can all freely sing what we want, and how loud we want our voices to be.

3. We loved the food. They have this 2 hour lunch slot when there’s FREE food, complete with appetizer, drinks and dessert. So if you are just not in the mood to sing, you can let your company lose him/herself with singing while you dig in.

I guess 2 hours is more than enough to quench our thirst for singing. Though we can do that at home, it’s quite an experience to do it outside of home with some refreshments on the side. I believe they also have bigger rooms for big groups. I even saw an empty room on our way inside where there’s a billiard inside.

So, why not try RedBox this vacation with your kids. I bet even the little kids will have fun singing their favorite Justin Bieber or maybe Beyonce, Celine Dion or JLo?

Note: Make sure to call RedBox first and reserve your slot before you come. Most of the times they don’t accept walkins because the rooms are limited.

Hi, I am curious. How much do you pay for 2 hours lunch slot? Looks like this is something that can be really fun to do.

I like One Directions, too. Although I can’t sing their songs. Haha! The place looks a good bonding destination for a family during weekends. Thanks for the tip.

980 for four persons? That’s not bad at all. The place looks decent and comfortable to hang out. 🙂

That’s something amazing !! There are very less options like this where you can spend time with your family, sing loud without caring about “other people” & eat !! BTW, food looks delicious.

Two hours is not enough for my kids when we had our family time at Redbox. It’s also a great place for small birthday celebration with friends – KArenT

I love RedBox! I used to think that its more of like a friends/colleague hangout place but yes, now I see that its perfect for the family too.

It is surely nice to go to Redbox with family or friends and engage in a destressing activity we all love! We have a karaoke at home, so we don’t usually have to go out. The food looks nice, but nothing beats home-made. 😉 Nice that you enjoy the family bonding time!
