Just how OC should a mother be when it comes to personal hygiene and home cleaning ? For me, nobody can ever call us over protective when it comes to these matters. Because germs and bacteria spread fast and the diseases they bring, you don’t know how bad they will be. I am somehow relieved that my husband and I already survived the baby and toddler years, when my daughters were so delicate then they were hospitalized several times because of bacterial infections despite of how careful we were in keeping them clean and sanitizing all their baby stuff.
Now that they were grown ups, the challenge for us is teaching them and being good examples when it comes to personal hygiene and being clean and organized in and outside of our home. You think it’s easy? Of course not. Kids don’t learn just by looking. In our experience, you really have to tell them, teach them how to clean this and that, and continously remind them until they are doing it the correct way without even thinking about it. Parenting requires patience especially when it comes to this area.
Sanicare Hygiene Care Circle
Just this week, Sanicare, the brand my husband and I trust for years (honestly) for their kitchen and bathroom tissues, held a Sanicare Hygiene Care Circle event at The Makati Diamond Residences, and I was fortunate to be there. It was a fun event not only because it was attended by some of my mommy blogger friends but also because we all learned so many practical home and cleaning tips by popular mommy bloggers Frances Sales, Shari Macainag, and Sarah Tirona.
I love, love learning new tips from these moms. The three of them are beautiful, confident and I tried to remember a thing or two from each of them as they used the different Sanicare products now available in the market.
Sarah shared tips in organizing baby stuff using a cosmetic organizer, using ziplock to organize baby clothes when traveling, and decorating mason jars to brighten our baby’s room or as personalized gifts. She also talked about Sanicare’s new Baby Care product lines which include Sanicare Baby Underpads, Sanicare Jumbo Cotton Balls (bigger cotton balls to easily wipe baby’s bottoms) , Sanicare Baby Wipes and Sanicare Ear Buds ( bigger earbuds to easily clean baby’s tiny ears without pricking their inner ear), and Sanicare Toilet Seat Cover ( perfect when traveling ).

Sanicare First Brand Ambassador
The highlight of the event came down later that day wearing a pristine white dress. Sanicare’s first brand ambassador as introduced is none other than celebrity mom Bianca Gonzalez-Intal. She went to the stage with host Stephanie Zubiri- Crespi (a mom also) and made the day even brighter by sharing their own experiences using Sanicare at home. Both of them ( like all of us in the audience ) felt the same about Sanicare, how most of us were long-time users of Sanicare products and how fortunate the moms today that there are more Sanicare baby care products to help them clean their babies so easily.

Bianca, for me, is the perfect ambassadress for Sanicare, as she exudes that sincerity and confidence with Sanicare, which certainly come from actual experiences. I’m happy that she will be able to influence many moms in using Sanicare because I can vouch for the brand myself. Even my husband will not pick any other tissue brand when we do our grocery. Sanicare kitchen tissues were very durable and not easily ripped out when we use them for cleaning our dining table and kitchen tops. In our bathroom, we always keep a stock of Sanicare tissue rolls not only for wiping after going to the loo, but also to quickly clean up dirts inside the toilet.
