Table Calendar – My Choice Of Planner

Every Christmas, my eldest daughter already knows one gift she needs to give me – that is a huge table calendar. They know that this is one of the most important objects in my work table at home. I’ve been using one for years and it helped me track my daily activities for my work, blogging and even personal stuff.

I also use a notebook to write notes and activities and this serve as an extension of my table calendar. It’s because the spaces for each day is limited, I still need something to write more stuff for the specific things I need to work on during the day.

Multitasking can be done efficiently when you have brain organizers such as these. When you are a mom, a work-at-home professional, and a blogger, it is essential that you have these “vessels” where you can put your thoughts and ideas instantly. In the case of my table calendar, I can easily jot down important events and schedules on it. This gives me an overview of what days in a week are already filled-up or I am already committed to.

For the whole month’s view, it’s helpful because I can easily see which months are already loaded which is useful for long-term planning such as vacation plans or travel plans abroad. I then use Google Calendar to put in my schedules so I can be alerted through my mobile email.

Why do I not use planners? I do sometimes, however, I have very limited space at home and I thought using pretty planners and then having the need to discard them will be heartbreaking for me.

This month is almost fully filled-up of scribbles and plans and I’m the only who can understand it hahaha. It looks cluttered but I couldn’t be more productive without my huble table planner/calendar

Usually, I buy my table calendars in National Bookstore outlets and they have these calendars all year through, in big and small sizes.

How about you? What do you use to organize your thoughts and plan your daily activities? Do you use planners or calendars at all?

I have a desktop calendar/planner too, kasi mas madali ko din ma track ang events, bills at iba pang kailangan for that month 🙂 akala ko ako lang gumagamit ng desktop calendar hehe

I think it is a great idea to have a large calendar in which to write down all the big daily tasks. It helps you be more organised.

I’ve tried so many different things but keep going back to a simple weekly planner and my notes app 🙂

Gusto ko rin sana mg table planner sa office kaya lang bawal magiwan ng paper kapag wala ka sa desk mo. Sa bahay gusto ko ng ganyan para sulatan din ng meal plan 🙂

I don’t work on one table to a table calendar is definitely not my thing. But yes, organizing my thoughts is my priority. I use a daily and monthly task list and it helps a lot!

I’m glad things aren’t as busy in my life nowadays that I need a planner. I did need one when the kids were growing up though.

Call me old, I am still a fan and fully believe on the old way of writing things on my diary. It’s so effective when comparing with digital calendars or phone agendas.

Earlier I suppose to do that making plans and highlighting them it was fun and easy to manage. But due to lack of time I almost ended doing this. I am planning to start again
