Easy Jolly Waldorf Salad Recipe

When I was younger, I’ve always thought that fruit salad is the only kind of salad in the world. I always look forward to Christmas because of fruit salads. When I became a mom and you are given the task of preparing something different for your family at least monthly, I think I’ve seen a hundred different kinds of salad already. But of course, being a work at home mom, I often look for 5-ingredient max recipes or else, I’ll take the recipe as complicated and discard it right away.

To cut it short, I’m sharing with you my own recipe for a quick waldorf salad. If you love potatoes, this salad is for you. Potatoes by the way are rich in vitamins and minerals which include thiamin, riboflavin, folate, niacin, magnesium, phosphorus, iron. Waldorf salad uses mostly potatoes so it will be a very healthy dish for your family.

Hi Ekkah, actually, lettuce, romaine talaga ang perfect for these but kale, basil, cilantro can be used as garnishing if you want to add extra flavor to its taste.

Next on my list of recipes to try! I love potato salads and can definitely relate to a recipe having more than 5 ingredients is complicated.
