When I saw this Ensogo Deal for P300 worth of ice cream (paid only P179.00) from Ice Cream Laboratory, I got a coupon immediately because I know how my kids will love to try this new ice cream shop inside SM Fairview. I say my coupon purchase was more than worth it. One order costs P130.00 but it consists of three scoop levels of rich ice cream. PLUS the cool experience of seeing how liquid nitrogen ice cream is being made.
See our delicious photos!

How cool is that? My kids would LOVE this.
Looks fun and interesting! Does it have the same texture as the regular ice cream?
That Nutella version sounds yummy! I’ve never heard of liquid nitrogen ice cream, but it looks fantastic!
OMGoodness! My kids would love this! I would lol.
That look like a ton of fun.
Wow! This is so cool.. Looks like a real laboratory!~ wanna eat the ice cream!
The first time I learned about liquid nitrogen being used in the kitchen was a year ago when I watched Masterchef Australia. They had a guest chef named Heston (I’m not quite sure of his name) who uses liquid nitrogen not only in making ice cream but in preparing/presenting his mains and entrees as well. It really looks amazing to see al the smoke while he uses it. It seemed more like he’s doing an experiment in a Chemistry lab than cooking in a kitchen. Thumbs up to this really great learning experience with the kids!
Those photos of ice cream are looks yummy and refreshing, I would love to try it out.
I seriously want to go right now. Will check this out. 🙂

Wow!! I have never been so in love with Ice cream. Having this present in front of me I might be able to eat it all.
Looks delicious… and interesting! This place is similar to an ice cream place in Maginhawa called “Iscreamist”
I’ve seen from a food channel how they ‘cook’ ice cream on liquid nitrogen. Ang cool! Parang pamprito ng burger yung lutuan pero malamig. I LOVE ICE CREAM!
I’m familiar with this! It’s really cool and allows a lot of customization! i think you had fun watching too,
WOW! I need some of those in this hot weather. I wish they have a store here in the South. There ice cream looks interesting and yummy
Oh wow! I think I’m craving for ice cream!
My daughters will surely love to try and experience this! They are ice cream babies! Perfect to beat the hot weather too! 🙂
Ice cream is the best at hot summer months, and well, even on the rainy days.
PS. Is that lady the one serving the ice cream? Sorry, was just distracted by the somewhat messy hair 🙁
This is something we’ve got to try. The ice cream looks delicious, and the serving is generous! — Maria Teresa Figuerres
We tried this a couple of months ago and my son really loved their ice cream
