This is a healthy no-meat pasta recipe where you can use your favorite pasta, add some zucchini, and yogurt as a healthy alternative to whole cream as pasta dressing.
- 125 g spaghetti pasta (or any type of pasta you like)
- ¼ cup plain California Greek Yogurt
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp lemon extract
salt and pepper for seasoning
- 2 tsp virgin olive oil
- 1 pc zucchini (cut into lengthwise strips)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 10 pcs cherry tomatoes

Fry zucchini in olive oil and mixed in garlic pepper and cherry tomatoes for 5-10 minutes until thawed and cooked.

Mix together Greek yogurt, cheese, lemon and salt and pepper

Mix the yogurt mixture, zucchini, pepper and tomatoes with the pasta

Serve while hot.
