This egg salad is made healthier with yogurt as dressing. Mix it with your veggies or top some on crackers for some healthy canapes.
- 3 pcs hard boiled eggs
- 3 tbsp onion flavored California yogurt spread
- 2 tbsp celery (chopped)
- 1 tsp mustard
- ½ tsp paprika
salt and pepper to taste

Gently mix everything together, chill and serve. This is perfect for snacking as it is, for dipping, as topping to crackers or mixed in with salad veggies.
