A healthy and sweet dessert made surprisingly with high quality yogurt and dark chocolate.
- 1 cup solid dark chocolate
- ¾ cup fresh California milk
- 2 tbsp white sugar
- ¼ tsp iodized salt
- 1 cup Honey flavored California Greek yogurt

Heat the milk, sugar and salt in a saucepan. Stir while heating.

When milk is heated enough and sugar is dissolved, remove the pan from fire.

Slowly add the dark chocolate and mix with spatula until melted.

Add the yogurt and carefully mix until the mixture thickens.

Let the mixture cool and then add it in a dessert glass.

Refrigerate it for at least 2 hours before serving.

Top it with your favorite fruit, syrup, cookies, brownies before serving or serve it as is.
