I’ve just recently discovered how lean chicken meat can be a good and delicious alternative when making burger patties. Although beef and burger patties are still unbeatable for me when it comes to taste, ground chicken can be made into juicy and tasty patties. Although this dish is meant to be eaten not as burgers per se, you can just choose to put these patties in between your favorite buns anytime of the day, put some shredded cabbage, mayo and catsup, and you will have a delicious chicken burger snack.

For the chicken burger patties, just mix all ingredients and form balls. Flatten the balls using your palms and chill in the ref for 10-15 minutes.
Fry the chicken burger patties until golden brown.
For the mushroom sauce, dilute the Knorr Mushroom soup powder into 1 cup water, cook it using a sauce pan. Add the butter when the sauce starts to boil. Add the mushroom pieces and allow to simmer and thicken.
Pour the mushroom sauce over your chicken burger patties before serving.
