KidZania Manila Has New CongreZZ Leaders

It has always been a delight for us to visit Kidzania Manila even though it is miles away from our home. Why? Because in Kidzania, my kids get to know how it is to be an adult for a day, get to try different roles and jobs, choose who they want to be and the responsibilities that come with it, and being paid for what they do. They get to experience adulting and have fun with it.

Just recently, we were invited by ABS-CBN to attend the Kidzania CongreZZ Inauguration 2019 and we gladly attended with my two kids and their cousin in tow. It would be a great experience for us all to be at Kidzania once again and be part of this great celebration.

There were 14 children who were voted as new CongreZZ representatives, taking on leadership roles to help the play city work towards a better world. These kids, ages 8-15 years, will perform like our own Congressmen and Congresswomen. They will be discussing concerns that affect their generation, exchange ideas and opinions, and hone their leadership skills during their 2-year term.

Being CongreZZ leaders are way cooler than I thought when I’ve read what they are about to partake into. They will also get to try new jobs in Kidzania Manila, grace special events, connect with other Congrezz Kids from other Kidzania facilities in other countries, participate in other KidZania programs as the play city’s official kid ambassadors. As young leaders, they are also getting a free BPI Jumpstart account, a savings account offered exclusively to the CongreZZ kids.

Senator Francis Kiko Pangilinan was the guest of honor at the event. It was nice to see him in person and hear him talk about his kids Miel and Frankie and his thoughts to inspire the new batch of CongreZZ leaders. Senator Pangilinan was a person to look up to with his accomplishments as a leader himself in the real world.

After the event, our kids were free to visit the establishments at KidZania and we all had fun taking their photos and videos all over again. You can watch it in the short video below.

KidZania Manila will always be the best place to visit with the kids, summer or not. Starting June, more treats await visitors, with the ‘bu2 kid get 2 adult free’ promo for weekday tickets bought online and ‘30% off for weekend tickets bought online’ promo, both available until July 31. Tickets are available at ktx.abs-cbn.com, klook.com, and ticketworld.com.ph.

It’s a great start to train our kids to be future leaders. These kids who are voted as congreZZ are quitely lucky. Hoping they will learn greatly as they take this path on leadership.

It’s so admirable that you’re instilling leadership qualities in your kids this early by bringing them to Kidzania Manila. They’re gonna make mama proud. Keep it up mom!
