I can’t believe it’s breakfast

When was the last time you had healthy and nutritious breakfast? Or a breakfast that blows your mind away, makes you say ‘wow’? Of course, this breakfast has to be something that you can whip in a few minutes or else, we’ll skip breakfast and just want for the weekend and run to our favorite early breakfast diner.

I’ve had this morning with my own salad-in-a-jar. It took me 15 minutes at most because of slicing part, plus I’m doing the laundry at the same time. But afterwards, I was able to enjoy a healthy and nutritious breakfast that I haven’t tasted before.

From time to time, indulge yourself with a great breakfast that is not only good for your health but also your mind. I enjoyed every minute of the preparation time as I think how good and delicious this breakfast will be for me (or anyone who will eat it)

Thanks to a recipe book “I can’t believe it’s breakfast – 30 easy-to-follow recipes” which I got as freebie from Nestle, I have all these great recipes for breakfast I can prepare for myself or my special someone any day of the week (yes, even for snack or maybe quick dinner).

When I saw this recipe book, I thought it was a nice idea to keep it because the pages are thick and glossy and the photos really inspire me to cook or make something special. Nestle products are also easy to find in the grocery so I’m sure I’m going to be able to re-create the dishes anytime I want to.

I’m not sure if Nestle is giving this out anywhere but in any case you want the recipe, free to send me a private message in my Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/tweenselmom or send me an email at [email protected] and I’ll send you the recipe as soon as I can! Yes, no problem!

Enjoying my breakfast! A salad-in-a-jar is so good and convenient that when you still have something left, you can just close the lid, refrigerate and eat the remaining salad any time of the day.

I love recipes books! I still keep mine from childhood. This breakfast you prepared looks so inviting. Some healty food in a jar looks boring, but this is colorful Inlike looking at it.
