Did you have a great Halloween this year? Unlike others I know who let Halloween just pass by, my family had made it a tradition to do something fun every year come Halloween time.
This year, we were lucky because we were able to have a McDonald’s Halloween party together with other mommy bloggers and their adorable kids.
Our party was held at McDonald’s BGC Forum branch and it was just the perfect venue for a party of 40. When we got there, the place was already set up with some black and orange balloons for the Halloween Theme and the colorful balloons were already displayed, much to the delight of the kids. It was a good idea that they don’t stick the balloons on chairs anymore like in the past. This way the kids won’t get distracted with the party and just get their balloons after the program proper.
My daughter had celebrated their party in McDo a couple of times already – my eldest when she was 5 and my youngest when she was 12 and they were all memorable. We’ve always loved the McDo parties because they are laid back, the staff is always accommodating and the hosts always have these fun games. I just basically let the party proceed while my kids and her friends have fun.
On our MBP Halloween party, since I was the one who organized it for Mommy Bloggers Philippines, all I did was to speak in the introduction part and then the closing part. McDonald’s had everything we needed for a perfect party – the host, the games, prizes, and exciting loot bags.
Our party master that day prepared a couple of games for the kids and the moms. They were simple but fun. For the kids, they had parlor games (bring me and longest line). The moms had their share of games too and they all looked cute, laughing and giggling at each other.
Party Themes/Games
How I wish McDo have more party themes to choose from. For now, they only got Ronald and the Gang, Happy, Adventure Time, Ben 10, Winx Club, and Spongebob Squarepants. But we were quite happy with our party theme that day Ronald and the Gang since our attendees were little tots na wala pang masyadong preferences. That was the good thing about this party, everyone just came to enjoy, even the moms!
Food
Who doesn’t love McDo chicken, spaghetti, fries, and sundae? We basically eat them every week but still, McDo’s food always tastes great and the kids and the moms enjoyed everything. I don’t think there’s a need to describe how McDo chicken, fries and spaghetti taste like because everyone knows it, they are superb, flavorful and they are served hot!
Lootbags and prizes
I’ve always loved McDo’s Happy Meal toys because they are always made of quality materials. You know that they aren’t made cheap and not toxic even for little kids. We got great contest prizes and loot items such as lunch boxes, stationeries, mugs, and tumblers.
Everyone was happy, with both stomach and hearts full and we couldn’t ask for more. For our next parties, definitely it will still be in McDonald’s! My daughter is already planning her moving up/bday party in McDo and we are excited about it!

Wow, such a great party and this must be a wonderful, fun and memorable gathering for everyone.
Your daughters and nice are so sweet helping you with the party. It looks like you enjoyed a lot 🙂
You just educated me in one thing – McD’s has Halloween celebrations! Maybe it’s not in every area, as I have never seen that before!
Hi there. Actually, you can have any kind of usual party in McDonald’s (speaking here locally). They have the standard packages to choos from and you can just customize according to what kind party you want to celebrate.
