My family is quite picky when it comes to ulam and mostly they prefer local and traditional dishes like caldereta. But there’s also a part of us that loves pasta so much. So I thought why not have a pasta dish that’s local at the same time.
So here’s my own version of creamy pasta caldereta! Using Mama Sita’s caldereta mix, preparing this dish with rigatoni pasta, chicken, and spinach was easy peasy. Sprinkle with some parmesan before serving and you’ve got a nice merienda dish.
When you have left over sauce, you can still easily use it as rice topping.#MamaSitasMealMixes are made with natural ingredients so it’s so easy to prepare Filipino dishes with an authentic taste. Your dishes will be the star of any meal whether you use a classic recipe or you want to be creative and have your own version.
Oh my gosh that looks AMAZING. Totally need to try this!
