This easy spread can be made in bigger batches and filled into clear jars. They can be nice gifts for your friends or relatives who love to eat sandwiches. You can also use these as appetizers or toppings for your Hors d’oeuvre.
Ingredients:
8 slices CDO Sweet Ham, cooked and diced
1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 pinch cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
Mini toasts, crackers or freshly sliced bread, for serving
How to make:
Just toss everything in a bowl and mix. You can serve this warm or chilled. I prefer this over warmed bread or toasts.
Enjoy!
