Are you tasting the sweetness in the air, or is it only me?
I’m always a fan of Valentine’s Day mostly because of the amazing amount of chocolates and sweets on that day. Or maybe because I am trying to abstain from sweets that’s why I’m getting attracted to them?
Well, here’s a recipe I whipped up one lazy day before I headed out to do grocery shopping. I made these gooey goodness cups so I won’t be tempted to buy sweets and rich cakes out there in the mall because I already have these at home.
Ingredients:
1/2 pack chocolate pudding mix ( I used Jell-o)
1.5 cups cold milk
1 cup oreo
1 cup crushed Whoppie Pie
2 medium-sized bananas
whipped cream for toppings
2-3 serving cups
How to make:
- Prepare pudding by combining chocolate pudding mix and cold milk. Mix until smooth.
- Add a layer of pudding in a serving cup.
- Add a layer of crushed oreo over pudding.
- Add another layer of pudding.
- Add a layer of crushed whoopie pie.
- Add the last layer of pudding.
- Top with slices of fresh bananas and whipped cream.
- Chill for at least an hour before serving.
