This recipe contains ingredients that I’ve always loved to use in a dish (lemons, tomatoes, garlic, and chili), how can you get wrong with those?
Ingredients:
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
500g Cream Dory – sliced and dried with paper towel
1 cup cherry tomatoes
salt, pepper, and chili garlic sauce
1 fresh lemon – sliced
1 big garlic cloves – peeled, separated and crushed
1/4 cup chili leaves
How to Prepare:
- Preheat oven to 180C
- Drizzle olive oil in a 4×7 baking dish
- Scatter the tomatoes, lemon and garlic cloves
- Add the cream dory over the top and smother with olive oil
- Add chili garlic sauce on top of fish and spread out thinly
- Bake for 10-15 minutes
- Take out the dish and turn the fish over, and slather with the juice from the baked dish
- Scatter chili leaves over the top of the dish.
- Bake for another 10 minutes.
- Take out from oven and serve warm.
