I totally love these lemon bars. They are tangy and sweet. And the graham crust, I can just scrape them clean from the wax paper and eat them as they are. You can be satisfied with just one lemon bar so this recipe is really good if you want to share or you can sell them. This recipe is so easy your kids can make them and sell them to their friends or classmates in school.
Ingredients:
For the crust:
1 1/2 cup graham crackers crumbs
6 tbsp melted butter
For the lemon top:
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
powdered sugar for sprinkling
How to make:
Make the base by mixing graham crackers crumbs and butter. Spray oil on the bottom of the 3×6 square pan and spread the graham crackers crust evenly. Press the crust gently to make it compact and tight.
Bake the crust for 5-10 minutes in the oven 370F.
Mix the ingredients for the lemon top. Spread it on to the graham crust and bake for 15-20 minutes until you see the lemon bar have solidified and browned a little bit on the sides.
Let the lemon treats cool a little bit before slicing into squares. Sprinkle powdered sugar before serving.
Enjoy!
