Refreshing Summer Cherry Tomato Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pint cherry tomatoes (sliced in halves)
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 medium sized onions sliced
1 bunch of basil leaves, chopped
salt and pepper for seasoning
Just toss everything together gently and season well. Chill for at least an hour before serving.
