Bacon, eggs and cheese dinner rolls or pandesal smothered with melted butter and parsley and baked for a couple of minutes.
What can be better in breakfast than bacon, eggs and cheese topped altogether on a toasty dinner roll or your favorite pandesal? This is the easiest way for me to say I love you to my husband, my kids and myself in a super lazy morning like this.
Ingredients:
2 eggs, beaten and friend
CDO bacon toppings, fried and semi-toasted
Eden cheese slices
Magnolia Dairy Cream and parsley – melted and fried together
Dinner rolls
How to prepare:
Cut your fried eggs into little squares that will fit your dinner rolls/pandesal
Insert cheese, eggs and bacon topppings in each of your dinner roll
Arrange your dinner rolls in a baking tray
Pour the melted butter with parsley onto your dinner rolls tray
Bake for 5 minutes till dinner rolls are toasted and warm
Serve immediately
