When was the last time have you had overnight oats?
Found out that overnight oats works so much better for me than preparing them on breakfast
1. it’s ready to eat, no more time needed for waiting, perfect if you are on the go
2. soaking makes the oats easier to chew
3. it’s refreshing to eat because it’s chilled
I made one last night with Quaker Oats whole grain rolled oats with 1 part oats, 1 part milk, a spoonful of Mariani Probiotic Berries & Plums, 1/2 tsp of Nutrifam chia seeds and I’ve just added 1 tsp of honey before I ate it.
I was full after eating and I can already feel that I’ll be this full till lunchtime.
I’m searching for an overnight oats recipe that I can make tonight for my eldest who is having early morning class review for her college exams and she requested that I make her breakfasts that are filling. She said that her subjects are making her hungry. Really brain drain = tummy drain so I’ve got to find this recipe that she will like. She is more into savory flavors so I’m thinking of making an arrozcaldo overnight oats that I can just warm up tomorrow morning for her.
