Easy Melt-In-Your-Mouth Dari Creme Butter Cookies

I super love these butter cookies and you will too. This is the easiest and yet the creamiest and daintiest cookies I made. And it only takes 3 steps to make these cookies.

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole block of Dari Creme Butter (softened not melted)
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
Dari Creme Classic – Pinipili ni Lanie, Mapiling Ina (Lanie’s Choice, a Choosy Mom)
Beat sugar and Dari Creme Butter together for at least 5 minutes until light and fluffy

Steps to make:

  • Beat sugar and Dari Creme Butter together for at least 5 minutes until light and fluffy
  • Sift the flour and mix gently to form a dough then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Roll the dough onto a slightly floured surface, flatten it and use your favorite cookie cutters to shape your cookies.
  • Bake until golden brown (160C for 10-15 minutes). Let the cookies cool down before serving.
