Writing this piece is actually a struggle for me. Why? To brighten my mood today, I played a bit in the kitchen this afternoon and tried this apple rose tartlets that I have always planned to make 🍎 They turned out yummy, merienda with coffee and because they have cinnamon (my favorite spice) kaya they were perfect.
