“When choosing vitamin for your kids, what do you consider first? Is it the taste, the price or the brand? For me, it’s the nutritional value. I am no nutritionist but knowing the contents and the nutritional value which will work for your kids can be easy to know. I don’t rely solely on what the packaging says, but I also do my part by researching even a bit on the nutritional information of the vitamin. For example, Nutri10Plus Syrup has these contents. I found out that each of these have crucial effects when it comes...

Most of us can definitely relate that our mother’s scents will always be our most precious memories of them. Well, in my case, it was my Lola’s, who has been the mother of our family, even to all her grandchildren. Almost all of my cousins were “laki sa lola” just like me. So I dedicate this post to her. I grew up always looking forward to meal times because of the delicious aroma of her adobo and sinigang. Our Christmases were never the same when she was gone with the smell of her “ube halaya” which...

Now I know why Filipinos love Jollibee so much. It’s because Jolibee really knows what makes them happy. Kuhang-kuha ang kiliti ng mga Pinoy. You know how moms like me love surprises! Last Mother’s Day, Jollibee sent me a surprise present directly to The Linden Suites where my family and friends were checked in. It was a picnic basket with 2 buckets of our favorite Jollibee Chicken Joy, complete with the checkered table cloth, picnic talaga ang peg! The kids were jumping with joy because they love Jollibee Fried Chicken, plus...

Last night, May 6, 2015, was a magical night, indeed! My daughter couldn’t help telling me “Thanks, Mommy” several times for bringing her over to Globe Telecom’s “Share The Magic” Party. I had worked for Globe Telecom for over six years in the past and so I was actually expecting that this will be a wonderful night. Globe did not fail me. It was a night to remember as Globe Telecom announced its tie-up with Disney which I am sure Filipino families will all be excited about. We are Disney fans! View...

Attending Brotzeit Kinder Koche kiddie baking class was definitely one of the highlights of our summer vacation. It was our first time to attend a workshop like this where me and my kids had a great time learning how to bake. I’m a frustrated baker myself and even if I had planned a thousand times on enrolling to a baking school just to learn basic baking skills, I still wasn’t able to do so. So this workshop is a win-win for the whole family. Kinder Koche (German for little chef) is brought by Brotzeit Philippines, a restaurant...

I’ve just read SmartParenting’s latest 100 Things To Do With Your Child This Summer and I was obliged to check what we have done so far. I mean, it’s not a necessity to do everything because it’s vacation but I felt, the kids deserve to have more time with us, their moms and dads at least this two months. When they go to school again this school year, we only have weekends to do things together. Next year will also be more hectic with my eldest graduating in elementary and taking entrance exams. Just so happy that...
