How much are you missing cheesecakes? We do, and we miss the coffee or tea that my husband and I usually order when we have the dates we randomly take during weekdays just to break the monotony of our work at home life.
Instead of the usual cookie-crumb crust, a whole sandwich cookie serves as the base for each cheesecake. Chopped cookies are mixed into the filling. You can imagine how creamy and oreowy ( I coined the term 😆) these cheesecakes are.
I snatched this recipe from Martha Stewart herself so you can bet that these are good.
For this recipe you will need the following:
15 whole Oreo cookies
6 Oreo cookies crushed
1 pound cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla syrup
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp salt
