IKEA Swedish Café – Is it worth it?

Trying to clean up some old photos and I remembered that one time we had lunch at IKEA Swedish Café in Pasay. Considering the inferno like weather in Manila these days, I think every place these days that’s airconditioned is worth the visit. Just kidding though. Of course, this food court has more than that to offer. Some photos that I’d like to save here in my blog and tell quick stories about before they get lost in my memories.

I think it is worth it. If we live somewhere near in Mall of Asia, maybe I’ll visit this cafe once a week.

First is that the food price is good, especially coffee. And they taste good for the price. Serving size is also enough. We ordered these when we were there. Swedish meatballs a must try. I don’t understand why there’s the berry sauce with it but they are still good, as they are served warm and juicy.

It’s like a typical restaurant where you need to line up and look at the choices of food behind glass windows and I enjoy doing that. Don’t forget to get your cart before lining up.

They also offer refillable drinks which I love,

Kids and kids-at-heart will always love their ice cream. They have ice cream in the cafe which is not expensive. Though it doesn’t taste as creamy and yummy as I want to, it’s still fun to eat them.

And since you can eat inside the cafe before or after you do some shopping / window-shopping in Ikea.

Check out more about Ikea’s Swedish Cafe offering. I always get excited when I click it and see their new food and drinks.
