Have you ever been to Meralco Theater in Ortigas? Couldn’t help sharing it because as you might not know, I do enjoy Christmas lights and these are one of the reasons why I love Christmas the most. The lights bring good memories of my childhood, as simple as it was, with my Lola and my Titos and Titas, and our simple Christmas tree being decorated and lighted every December.
If I will be rich and will have a big house of my own, I’d like to put up a big, big Christmas tree and put a thousand lights on it. I remember, when it was still just me and my husband in a little apartment, one of my titas gave me a 10 feet tree which is as tall as our ceiling on our ground floor. I really enjoyed it and I put big Christmas balls. Now, we have only a small Christmas tree at home but my kids light it up every night and it make us feel happy whenever we see it lighted.
Inside Meralco Theater
Belen – Meralco Christmas Village
The Christmas Village is in Ortigas Avenue, Pasig City. You’ll easily see it with the Meralco building and the big M (Meralco logo) brightly lit. If you are going to bring a car with you, the entrance will be at the Meralco gate in Gardner Street front of AutoCamp. You will need to give one ID to the guard before you will be allowed to enter. There’s an ample parking space inside. The lights are on by 6PM. See my video on how awesome the place is!
