It’s Tiger Sugar For The Brown Sugar Junkie In Me

I’m not a milk tea lover but I’m a brown sugar junkie. I put brown sugar in my coffee, my cookies, and sometimes, when I’m craving for sweets, I always have a ready jar of brown sugar to satisfy myself. So when I got an invitation for the opening of a new Tiger Sugar branch in Robinsons Galleria, I immediately agreed.

I love Tiger Sugar – particularly the Brown Sugar Boba Fresh Milk With Cream Mousse drink. I try hard not to fall in love because you can’t adjust the sweetness level in this drink, but I think I’d fail. Even the pearls, I don’t like pearls that much. But Tiger Sugar pearls are chewy but not tough, and they don’t stick on my teeth.

Drinking Tiger Sugar is just a pleasurable experience. Whenever I imagine my drink again, that cold fresh milk, with the warm brown sugar, and fresh batch of boba pearls, and then the salty and creamy, cheesy mousse, oh wow, I feel I’d just explode from wanting.

I was also able to try the Brown Sugar Boba Cafe Latte With Cream which I think is another perfect choice. It’s iced latte with brown sugar pearls and I brought mine at home so my husband can try it. After a couple of hours of commuting and a few hours in the ref as I wanted it chilled, my Tiger Sugar drink still tasted excellent. My husband loved it too and I’m happy we now have another drink which we can fully agree with together. Libre na ulit ang drinks ko next time!

Tiger Sugar has a lot of other brown sugar and milk tea drinks that I still want to try. The next time I buy, I plan to try the green tea latte variant or maybe I’ll just indulge myself with the classic brown sugar milk drink with cream, or maybe, I’d go adventurous with something which I think won’t taste good. You know, sometimes I just want to do that, try some things that I don’t like because most of the time, I surprise myself in liking something I’ve initially thought I won’t like. Isn’t it exciting?
