For dessert today, chocolate biscoff brownies 🤗

I initially thought that biscoff cookies will make these brownies super sweet but actually they cut the sweetness and added that crunchy texture.

Without further ado, here’s the recipe:

Ingredients:

1 cup crushed biscoff cookies, not too crushed but just enough that you break them into smaller pieces
1/2 cup Lotus Biscoff spread, ( melt a little bit in the microwave for 5-10 seconds)
½ cup butter
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon baking powder

How to make:

Preheat oven to 350F
Grease 8-inch baking pan
Melt butter in a pot
Remove from heat as soon as the butter melted and mix in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
Add the rest of dry ingredients except for the cookies and mix well. Divide the mixture into 2.
Divide the crushed biscoff into 2.
Sprinkle the bottom of the baking pan with 1/2 of the biscoff.
Add 1/2 brownie mixture and spread evenly into the baking pan.
Spread the melted biscoff spread on top of the brownie mixture.
Add the other half of the brownie mixture.
Sprinkle half of the biscoff cookies on top.
Bake the brownies for 25-30 minutes.
Slice into brownie square and serve hot or you can chill them before serving.

Enjoy!

Let me know how you find these brownies when you try the recipe!
