Tupperware Parties Are Always The Best – Tupperware Blogger Bento Party

Posted on Nov 2 2018 - 10:07am by tweenselmom

Have you ever attended a Tupperware party? I’ve heard of parties like these when I was younger, when my hardworking aunts and my lola will do all these different jobs to make ends meet and to support my titas’ tuition fees in college. Though I was still so young back then but I can already remember that despite the fact that our lives were difficult financially, we could still get by with our food by selling “supot” (small recycled paper for packing small things in the market – onions, garlic, sili), by selling cooked food in the morning (champorado, lugaw), and by reselling Tupperware and other products (make-ups, perfume).

When you are selling Tupperware back then, ladies will usually hold Tupperware parties and call their friends and neighbors, to present the monthly catalog and some Tupperware products. Sometimes, the lady seller will cook food, or bake some pastries and make juices. They use their Tupperwares for these foods to use as samples so that the guests will see how nice the products are and be interested in buying. And because this party is full of ladies who share the same interests (moms, friends, neighbors and colleagues) the party is always a blast.

Just this month, I was given a chance to attend a Tupperware Blogger Bento Party and as I’ve expected, it was super fun.  Not only was I able to meet long-time blogger friends and acquaintances, but I’ve also learned so much about these:

  1. Tupperware opportunities
  2. how Tupperware products are being made
  3. how Tupperware became a No.1 brand
  4. new bento recipes
  5. most recommended Tupperware products for moms

Tupperware has been giving opportunities to thousands of homemakers for many years already. In the party, we were able to watch the story of an OFW couple who became rich because of Tupperware. It’s a no-brainer actually because with the world-class quality of the products (imagine life-time warranty), selling Tupperware items can be easy. It’s a matter of perseverance and hard work to become a millionaire yourself. To become a Tupperware brand consultant, you can the learn about the requirements here.

At the party, we’ve watched how Earl Tupper started the Tupperware company and how, through the years, the company was able to evolve and improve its products according to the customer’s needs. From my point of view, the secret of Tupperware’s success is that they always consider what’s best for their customers, thus the continuous product research.

The highlight of the party is the bento making where we learned a couple of recipes perfect for bento (boxed dishes). We were thought to make our own sushi, salad and dessert, and all these we had to arrange and design using Tupperware products. It was fun using the Speedy Chopper again and for the first time, a Mando Junior. This is a slicer by Tupperware which is so cool to use because you can slice potatoes, apples and onions rapidly using this tool. There’s a setting where you can set how thick your slices will be. Ang saya! I’m excited to use it to make homemade potato and apple chips, sliced cucumbers and many more. So much safer than using knives.

After taking photos of our finished products, with Tupperware executives and with my co-moms, the party ended with us having these most recommended Tupperware products to bring home for ourselves. It was like an early Christmas party where you all get great gifts and goodies and go home with a smile.

We brought home all these Tupperware products, much to our delight. I’ve used and shared some photos on my IG. You can search all these products including and the monthly catalog at https://www.tupperwarebrands.ph/

Because I know how a Tupperwear can be very valuable to homemakers like me, I’d like to share a Speedy Chopper with one of my lucky readers. I’ll be posting it soon on my Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/tweenselmom and IG (http://www.instagram.com/tweenselmomso make sure to follow.

Do you have an awesome Tupperware story? Share it with me, would love to hear all about it!
