Baked Dory With Lemons And Chili
This recipe contains ingredients that I’ve always loved to use in a dish (lemons, tomatoes, garlic, and chili)

Ingredients:

2-3 tablespoons olive oil
500g Cream Dory – sliced and dried with paper towel
1 cup cherry tomatoes
salt, pepper, and chili garlic sauce
1 fresh lemon – sliced
1 big garlic cloves – peeled, separated and crushed
1/4 cup chili leaves

Cream Dory is cheaper and much easier to cook
This dish tends to get watery after baking but if you love lemons, tomatoes, and garlic, you'll want to slurpp those liquid away

How to Prepare:

  1. Preheat oven to 180C
  2. Drizzle olive oil in a 4×7 baking dish
  3. Scatter the tomatoes, lemon and garlic cloves
  4. Add the cream dory over the top and smother with olive oil
  5. Add chili garlic sauce on top of fish and spread out thinly
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes
  7. Take out the dish and turn the fish over, and slather with the juice from the baked dish
  8. Scatter chili leaves over the top of the dish.
  9. Bake for another 10 minutes.
  10. Take out from oven and serve warm.
