Homemade cheese breadsticks using Eden Singles

So I made some for the girls today for merienda. These cheesy breadsticks made cheesy using Eden Cheese singles, super easy to make and here’s how you can make your own:

Ingredients:

2 small-sized store-bought pizza dough ( I used Marby because they are affordable and the dough is crispy but still soft and stays the same even when toasted.
2 tablespoon melted butter
garlic flakes
dried basil
dried oregano
6-8 slices of Eden Cheese Singles

Spread butter on top of pizza dough
Add Eden Cheese singles on top 3-4 slices per pizza
Sprinkle a generous amount of garlic flakes, dried basil, and oregano
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes top set on 170C
Slice to thin sticks and serve warm and toasted

Thanks to Eden Cheese for the gift they sent for Mother’s Day and for the Eden Speaks Mother’s Day forum on Facebook last May 8 where they featured a film entitled “Unconditional”. It was a touching film about how unique and how endless a mother’s love is and it also highlighted that not all mothers receive the same amount of support and love from the people around them, including those that may fall under a not-so-ordinary family and circumstance. Single mothers and young moms who had an unplanned pregnancy have their own stories to tell and they should be heard and be respected as well.

As a mom, I can truly feel how I am willing to give my life for my daughters but there are just a million ways how we can show our love to them, sometimes in ways that others may not even understand. I may not wish for my daughters to experience being single mothers and I wish for them to become mothers on their own best times but whatever happens, I will be their devoted mom all the way.

Kudos to Director Antoinette Jadaone who directed the Mother’s Day film for Eden. The film did not have too much dialogue but you can really feel the emotions there. But most importantly, it opened our hearts to mothers out there who need support and understanding, to be nonjudgmental and be supportive to each other.
