2 tbsp pesto sauce of your choice
1/4 cup shredded cheese

To make these pastries:
> Cut the puff pastry block in half.
> Roll each dough in slightly-floured cutting blocks and shape the dough into squares.
> Prick each pastry using fork with allowance on the sides.
> Bake for 10 minutes in the oven(210C) and then remove from the oven.
> Sprinkle cheese on top of the pastries.
> Add the cooked slices of CDO Young Pork Baconette Thick-Cut on top – two each square
> Break an egg on each of the pastries and bake for another 10 minutes or until the eggs are cooked.
> Remove from oven, you can season with salt and pepper, and spread a spoonful of pesto sauce before serving.
