Next to chicken, fish is my family’s favorite dish because I encourage them to eat as much rather than pork. And like most kids, my girls want our fish fried. At home, I tried how effective and the difference in taste Crispy Fry will bring in our ulam. I fried a medium sized tilapia and discovered myself how easier it is to fry using Crispy Fry. The fish was much crispier, like the ones we order in restaurants, and tastier too. It’s perfect for us lalo na because I’m trying to teach my daughters how to cook, during weekends or pag holidays.
