What’s healthy in my Dalgona Coffee?

Dalgona coffee had been quite a hype a few months ago but these days, the word Dalgona has become popular once again with Netflix’ hit Squid Game. One of the games in the series involved a challenge with Dalgona candies but what I made is my own healthy Dalgona coffee.

I never made a Dalgona coffee before but since I have a couple of boxes of Immuno Bean at home, I thought I’d use them to make this popular coffee variety.

How to make your own healthy Dalgona Coffee

You will need the ff: 1 sachet of Immuno Bean coffee, 1 cup of cold milk, 1/2 cup ice cubes, 1 tbsp sugar, and 2 tbsp hot water

Prepare your whipped Immuno Bean coffee first by combining the coffee powder, sugar and hot water. Use a whisk or a hand mixer to whip the coffee until it thickens or if you have more time, until it forms a peak.
In a glass, mix the milk and the ice cubes.
Gently pour on top of the milk the whipped coffee.
You may add cinnamon or chocolate shavings to garnish your Dalgona coffee.

And that’s it. This coffee is sooo delicious my two girls loved what I made they already requested me to make another glass for them. Though it’s coffee and I try to discourage them from having coffee at their young age, I let them taste this because it was so good and there are so many healthy ingredients in this drink.
